Terms and Conditions for Use of the mjudi Malaysia Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the mjudi platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services provided by mjudi. This document applies to all users who access or register an account on our platform.

By registering a new account, logging into an existing account, or simply browsing the mjudi site, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Mjudi reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use after the amendment date takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the mjudi platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be located in a geographic region where the use of the mjudi platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Not currently enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion program or prohibited from gambling activities by court order or relevant authority.
• Register and maintain only one account on the mjudi platform — multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registering an mjudi account is free and open to all users who meet the eligibility requirements. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.

KYC Process (Identity Verification)

As part of mjudi's commitment to security and compliance, all users are required to complete the KYC process before their first withdrawal or when certain limits are reached. Documents typically required include:

• Valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (recent utility bill or bank statement).
• A selfie holding your identity document for additional verification if requested.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: RM20 (or based on your chosen payment method).
• The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered under the name of the account holder only.

Withdrawal

Winning withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method verified under the registered user's name. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for standard bank transfers.
• Withdrawals requiring further review may take up to 3 business days.
• Mjudi reserves the right to request additional documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Mjudi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly bonuses, and special offers tied to specific events. All bonuses are subject to their respective usage terms.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• Players suspected of exploiting promotions or playing in a manner inconsistent with bonus intent may have their bonus cancelled without notice.
• Mjudi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are only valid within the stated period — expired bonuses will not be reinstated.

6 Game Rules

All games on the mjudi platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent certification body. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Completed game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error is proven.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mjudi reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the player.
• Any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. mjudi will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security — this feature is available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify mjudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Mjudi is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Users of the mjudi platform are prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Using bots, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools to play.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any suspicious financial activity.
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to play using your account.
• Abusing the customer support system or submitting false claims.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of mjudi.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the mjudi support team. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any eligible balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

Mjudi reserves the right to suspend or close an account if:

• There has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The player is unable to complete identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mjudi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from valid game outcomes.
• Data loss resulting from improper use of the platform by the user.
• Odds display discrepancies caused by network delays or temporary technical errors.

Mjudi's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11 Terms Amendment

Mjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice for minor changes. For significant changes, notice will be sent via registered email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version of the Terms and Conditions currently in effect. The date of the most recent amendment is always displayed at the top of this document.
